HR Business Partner – 12 month FTC with possibility of permanent
Salary £50,000 – £60,000 plus benefits and bonus
A newly created role that will be responsible for supporting the senior management with an upcoming change program, in addition partnering with key stakeholders on the full employment cycle.
The population is a high knowledge group, technical in their approach and very driven in metrics over gut instinct.
The role is being offered on a 12 month FTC but after the change programme is completed there is the possibility this could be permanent.
The organisation has a reputation for producing high end products. The style of HR is focused on strong stakeholder management hence essential to work closly with the population and not remotely. As they don’t have a large HR support function the role will also pick up a lot of the transactional elements for your population.

The successful candidate:
Will have led on HR change projects
Business partnered with a technical / high knowledge population – this is essential.
Experience of complex ER issues
Will have solid experience of talent, succession planning, and engagement strategies
Will live a commutable distance to Milton Keynes.
Is happy being office based.
