HRIS Specialist (Workday)
If you have experience of Workday HCM, and looking for a role where you are the go to HRIS specialist then this may be of interest?
You’ll be working closely with a tight knit HR team, and will be responsible for the transactional day to day elements of Workday as well as ongoing and future projects.
You will be on hand to offer solutions; can see the work-around to a problem. The person that thrives on researching, exploring and getting out there to ensure their HRIS is being used to its full potential.
The role sits with the HR team who work in close partnership with their stakeholders. The HR function over the past several years have moved from transactional to one where they add tangible benefits to the organisation. They are a grounded team, not into corporate speak, they are informal in their approach but operate at pace.

The organisations main stakeholder group are analytical and practical in their approach. They operate from analytics and data rather than gut instinct. In turn their HR rely on timely detailed reports and forecasting and their HRIS is pivotal to this.
This role will involve day to day full ownership of the HRIS, as well as managing ongoing projects relating to continuous improvement and forthcoming implementations.
The recruitment process will be two stages – and they don’t sit on their hands when it comes to decision making.
Salary offered is up to £60k, plus bonus, 27 days holiday, onsite gym and fitness classes, free canteen, healthcare.
