The population is c1500, and HR work in close partnership with their stakeholders. The HR function over the past several years have moved from transactional to one where they add tangible benefits to the organisation. They are a grounded team, not into corporate speak, they are informal in their approach but operate at pace. The working environment is modern, friendly, with onsite gym, café area facilities.
The system they use is Workday so ideally you will have experience of this especially the HCM functions.
This role will involve day to day full ownership of the HRIS, as well as managing ongoing projects relating to continuous improvement or implementation of forthcoming implementations.
