Senior HR Advisor – Huntingdon
These would all be good words to describe this Organisation and their culture. Like in all recruitment adverts they are a market leader, however in this case it also happens to be true! They are not finished yet though and have strong plans for further growth. They are well backed and are looking to make a number of additional hires including a Senior HR Advisor to focus on providing ER/Employment law advice to a wide range of client groups. This will include working at both HQ and at other sites and so hopefully you’ll enjoy getting out and about meeting different people. Its all very manageable though and certainly not a long hours culture.
The business has been built on respect and supporting colleagues to be the best that they can be. They are flexible in terms of working patterns and are happy to consider all reasonable requests. There are plenty of opportunities for career development, however if you just want to come in and do a great job and not take on additional responsibilities then that is also cool. Everyone has different needs from their role and this is understood and probably one of the reasons why retention levels are so high.
In terms of what we need, then CIPD qualification would be nice (but doesn’t trump experience), with strong employee relations experience a given. As you can probably tell their culture is important and so strong communication skills, a personable approach whilst ensuring a highly professional service delivery are the key factors that we are looking to investigate.
