Regional Trainer – East Anglia

Salary £33,000 – £38,000 plus Car, Benefits and Bonus.

This role would fit someone who wants to be part of an L&D function that has moved away from OHP’s and a sit and listen approach to one that is focused on engagement, facilitation, and has a high level of investment.

You will play a pivotal role with input into the L&D function and will be responsible for effective delivery. Operating in your own geographical area you will be responsible for partnering with your senior management stakeholders, and ensuring the L&D strategy works for your area in adding commercial value.

The role will deal with the full training cycle from TNA, design, delivery and evaluation. And be involved with core training through to value added projects.

The organisation has a T/O in excess of £1 Billion, they operate within the construction industry with over 660 sites and with a headcount of over 8000. All of this in just 20 years!

In the next several years they have plans for a 25% increase in sites, and to enable this they need the right people with the right skills in place.

In the last year Training has moved to L&D, and the business strategy has been translated to the people agenda. The culture is commercial, they react to external market changes swiftly, recognise and generously incentivise their teams; they are very down to earth, and don’t speak in management jargon.

The successful candidate will have strong coaching and facilitation skills, the ability to understand how Regional Training Plans can add commercial value, and indepth experience of the full training cycle from TNA through to evaluation.

This is a regional role, so must be comfortable supporting multiple sites.

In return there is a competitive salary. Company car and Bonus Scheme.
